The opening up Myanmar (Burma) will bring openings  for the rich.

There are 40 individuals in Myanmar with more than $30 million in assets currently, according to the World Ultra Wealth Report, published by Wealth-X, a wealth intelligence firm, but that number could grow by 687 percent by 2022, to 307.

Over 26 percent of its population lives in poverty, while 75 percent lack access to electricity and the average per capita national income is $800 to $1,000 a year, according to statistics from the World Bank. The country’s quality of life ranks at 149 out of the 186 nations in the United Nations’ 2013 Human Development Report, which measures factors such as inequality, education, healthcare, income and social opportunities.
