What’s ‘Feminism’s Movement’ really for?
Does it exist to ‘even up’ the score’?
Or is it just hens clucking in their pen,
Against the so-called beastly crimes of men? !
It been asserted women are ‘For peace’,
And if they ruled the world, ‘All wars would cease’;
But many women politicians seem,
To act quite differently outside the dream!
What proof is there that Condoleeza Rice, (1)
Was far too feminine and much too nice;
To act as Dubya’s ever willing creep,
A girly version of Uriah Heap?
And whilst not wishing to appear abrupt,
Mild, modest, Mrs Marcos was corrupt;
So ‘Libbers’ should not readily enthuse,
About her vast collection of nice shoes! (2)
And tender-hearted Maggie Thatcher too,
(A Feminist at heart, right through and through!)
Was delicate and soft and never sly,
Unlike your average, wicked, manly guy!
It frankly is beyond most peoples ken,
Why some of these girl libbers loathe all men; (3)
But they reserve most loathing for their ‘friends’,
Who play not just the middle but both ends.
For Libber lesbians it’s quite uncool,
For any gal to be bi-sexual; (4)
Most people couldn’t really give a toss,
But gay girl libbers seem to get quite cross!
So, come on, Women Libbers, lighten up,
Let men and women drink from the same cup;
The inequalities that women see,
Aren’t simply down to just misogyny!
